A real underwater adventure is just around the corner on this full-day snorkelling tour. You'll head to two different spots within the Puerto Morelos National Reef Harbour for some guided snorkelling. At each reef, you'll have about 45 minutes to swim, explore and check out all the marine life that calls these areas home. After your time in the water, you'll head to a restaurant called Casa Matea for lunch, before some free time to do some shopping. Just so you know, the drinks aren't included at lunch.

Paid for snorkelling for my honeymoon, waited in the lobby of the hotel for an hour for nobody to turn up for us. There were also other people waiting. Apparently it happened the week before also. I’ve spoken to the TUI rep and made a complaint and now I’ve got to wait and see if I can get a refund. I read the reviews and this has happened before and no refund give as they put the lesson down as a no show. Totally unacceptable and wasted an hour of my holiday sat in the lobby waiting for someone

I was at the pick-up point ahead of time, but there wasn't a tour rep there, and they didn't call my phone to try and locate me. Went on the TUI FAQs, which said to use the contact number given on the voucher, but there wasn't one. Neither the voucher or the TUI booking area had the name of the tour operator, so I couldn't even ask around to see if they were looking for me. Contacted TUI, who said "they were there and marked you as a no show" and wouldn't discuss further, so I paid for nothing.

Well organised trip, friendly staff on snorkelling charter boat. Lunch included, which was nice.

The trip was good, however, gonzalo who took out snorkelling was a bit intimidating with a couple of guests saying they were scared of him! The dock fee should also be included in the price you pay rather than a hidden charge that is only payable in cash

Small group of 6 so felt we were given time and attention. 2 hours between 2 sites. saw lots of different reef fish, rays, sharks. The guide was great and full equipment provided. Lunch was fresh and tasty, free hour in Puerto Morelos Please note the soft drinks provided was a bottle of water on the boat but had to buy drinks with lunch which we didn’t know before. We put reef safe lotion on 3 hours before but still burnt back of legs - needed a higher factor - tip!
