Escape the bustle of Cancun for a day of adventure and connection on Isla Mujeres, home to Garrafon Natural Reef Park. After a boat cruise to the island, the fun really begins – zip-line over the water, paddle a kayak or just unwind in the VIP area with its infinity pool and hammocks. The real highlight is the Royal Connection dolphin programme, where you'll swim next to and create bonds with two dolphins. After some free time at the park, you'll cruise back to your hotel.

Food on the boat, dolphin park and Garrafon park was poor in quality and choice. No family changing area at Garrafon park (single Dad with boy and girl). Limited activities at Garrafon make it a unnecessarily long day (12/13 hrs pickup to return). Pick up was late and no communication. Tui app rubbish stating will take 30 mins to respond to “live chat”. Dolphin experience was great. Cut out the Garrafon park elements and the day would have been much better (and reasonable in lenghth).

We loved the dolphin experience plus we got to go in with sharks, string rays and manatees. Only downside was the wind was quite strong so we didn’t get to do any water activities at all. Would of been nice to just get in the sea still but this didn’t happen
