For the safety of our dolphins, it's prohibited to enter the habitat with cameras or phones
Transport is organised by the venue and costs USD 10.00 per person, see your TUI Rep for details
Children under eight must be accompanied at all times during dolphin activities
Government-mandated tax: A fee of $50.00 MXN per person (including children) will be collected at check-in, in accordance with Article 60 of the Tax on Activities with Aquatic Animals

We’re charged a further 250 mxn for the trip we thought we had paid for Extortionate prices for photo package even the Americans were shocked £165 for 12 digital photos you have to download

Great experience but need an emergency contact number incase of transport no show . 07:00 arrived reception, 07:10 was pick up but transport arrived 07:31 so we was panicking

Absolutely fantastic place, staff were so helpful and kind. Disappointed in the prices for photos, would be nice to be able to get 1 or 2 with the package as £260 to swim then another £250 for the photos is extremely expensive.
