Chichen Itza is incredible, but the tour itself was underwhelming. Our guide, Brownie, shared information in a way that felt more like reading from a book than telling a story, and his pace on-site was very fast, leaving little time to take things in. The cenote stop, while pretty, didn’t feel necessary, and the buffet food was disappointing. The short city stop on the return added little value, making the overall tour feel overpriced for what was included.

Booked 2 days prior with zero communication in between. Apparently, El Dorado Seaside suites have 3 hotel lobbies which also isn’t communicated clearly at said hotel or anywhere on the TUI app. Turned up 15mins early at 6.45, called the number at 7.27 as still no pick-up…long story short, they’re at a different lobby and left without any attempt to contact us, even though we were sat in the main lobby for 2 hours. Apparently this is also classed as no-show so currently £254 out of pocket.
