Important to know

For the safety of our dolphins, it's prohibited to enter the habitat with cameras or phones, however you are able to buy photos and videos of your experience
Transport to the venue is $10 USD per person
There is no minimum age, but children under 8 years old must be accompanied by an adult during the activity with both participants paying for the program
Government-mandated tax: A fee of $50.00 MXN per person (including children) will be collected at check-in, in accordance with Article 60 of the Tax on Activities with Aquatic Animals
Please arrive 30 minutes before your activity and bring swimwear
Dolphin Trainer: Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult during the activity with both participants paying for the program
People not participating in the activity may stay in designated areas - for safety reasons, these areas are separate from the wet areas
Just so you know admission and transport to Xcaret and Xel-Ha parks is not included

The experience with the dolphins was absolutely fantastic and I can’t rave about that enough but what did let them down was the daylight robbery of the photographs, packages for the photos started at over $250 for about a dozen pics and the price went up from there. We had decided to leave it but they then started to barter with us for them and offered x5 pics for $100 still very expensive for digital pics but you have to have something to show for it.

I waited 50 years to swim with the dolphins and it was amazing. We were looked after from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this experience

The only bit we found disappointing was the cost of the photos. They were pretty much the same cost as the trip and this felt far too much

We were a little disappointed that we weren’t able to actually swim with the dolphin in the water, but the other activities were good. The photo packages are extremely expensive.
