We had a great time at the pizza school. After being picked up it was a short drive up the hills to a wonderful kitchen. Luigi, and his team, were really friendly and showed us how mozzarella was made and we made dough, stretched it out and dressed the pizza. Then the best bit: cooking and eating. Cant wait to do this at home. Great half- day excursion

A really fun afternoon. We got to taste fresh mozzarella that we watched being made in front of us. The pizza making was really fun and we learnt lots. The fruits of our labour were super tasty. Recommend as a fun way to spend a few hours.

An absolutely fantastic experience, very welcoming and friendly, Luigi is fab, funny and makes it a good experience arrived tired fresh mozzarella and bread with various oils, went on to make pizza dough and then make pizza and watch them cook, sat down to eat then and enjoyed a glass of wine would recommend going it's well worth it
