My partner isn't interested in cooking but agreed to come along. Gabriella and her husband, Fausto were lovely hosts who welcomed us into their home and we instantly relaxed. Fausto chatted with Ben whilst I spent time in the kitchen with Gabriella. Gabriella had already prepared the starter, baked vegetables and dessert, which she explained to me. I helped to make the risotto and Gabriella prepared the lake fish. I loved all of the food but I'd have loved to cook more.
