Your hotel sits on Ischia, a green island you'll reach by hydrofoil from the mainland. Once there, the rhythm changes. Sleeping surrounded by lemon-scented air, sea views and the gentle pace of island living is all part of the experience.

Arrive from Naples or Sorrento by hydrofoil (recommended arrival before 1:30 pm). After checking in at your hotel on Ischia, head to Negombo Thermal Gardens in the afternoon. The pools flow into one another, warmed by geothermal heat and surrounded by greenery. Drift between water and shade at your own pace before a private transfer returns you to your hotel for the evening.

The second day centres around Poseidon Thermal Gardens, built into the coastline with thermal pools overlooking the open sea. Steam rises into salt air as you move from one pool to the next, each at a slightly different temperature. The horizon sits just beyond the edge of the pools. Return to your hotel for a second night on the island.

The final morning is yours to spend on the island before heading to the port for the ferry back to Naples or Sorrento. The latest departure by ferry from Ischia is 5:00 pm.

Yes. This is a private tour operated by TUI Italia. Transfers between the mainland and Ischia are by hydrofoil on established ferry routes. The thermal gardens (Negombo and Poseidon) are well-known, professionally managed wellness facilities on the island. Private transfers are included between activities and your hotel.

You'll be away from your hotel for two nights (both nights on Ischia). Let your mainland hotel reception know in advance. You do not need to cancel your booking. Simply inform them of the dates you'll be away. Your room and belongings stay as normal.

The price includes: pick-up from Sorrento or Naples, hydrofoil crossing to Ischia, two nights' hotel accommodation on Ischia, entrance to Negombo Thermal Gardens, entrance to Poseidon Thermal Gardens, private transfers on the island, meals (as indicated by Meal Included badge), and return ferry to Naples or Sorrento. Not included: early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability), any extras beyond the package.

Spring (April to June) and early autumn (September to October) offer the best balance of warm weather, calm seas and fewer crowds on Ischia. Summer (July to August) is hotter and busier. The thermal gardens are open year-round, so this retreat works in any season, though the hydrofoil crossing is more comfortable in calmer conditions.

No fitness is required. This is a wellness-focused retreat centred around thermal pools and relaxation. There is no hiking, strenuous walking or physical activity involved. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
