After about an hour, you'll arrive at the hillside Church of St Stefanos, which offers panoramic views of Thassos town and the Aegean Sea. Here, you'll take a break and tuck into a tasty brunch under the pine trees, before continuing your walk for another hour to wrap up the hike.
