Leaving the north of the island, you'll journey into the centre, where the landscape switches between pine forests and fertile plains. As you pass through rustic villages, your expert guide will share the history and legends attached to each one. Stop in Vatoussa for coffee and a breakfast of fresh omelettes and pastries. Next, we'll visit the Geological Museum in Sigri, to see fossilised trunks and the modern versions of these species side by side. Finally, we'll head to Skala Eressos, which is famous for its beach, clear water, and cosy taverns.

Alex kon mooi vertellen over Lesbos de mensen en de omgeving. Het klooster was zeer interessant. Het versteende woud is wel bijzonder fijn dat het bewaard wordt. Prachtig plaatsje Skala Eressou het is klein maar prachtig om te lunchen. Vergeet de turtlebridge niet. Er zaten heel veel schildpadden.

De reis zelf was erg leuk we hadden hem al eerder gedaan Alex kon goed vertellen en wist veel.wat jammer was de laatste vier gasten die instapte /die met een taxi transfer kwamen ,konden niet naast elkaar zitten dat was gewoon jammer.

Bezoek aan klooster heel interessant, apart gedeelte voor de mannen was opmerkelijk, versteende woud zeer mooi om te zien en ook het museumbezoek,misschien net iets te kort! Onze gids Alex deed het prima, veel uitleg terplekke maar had misschien ook iets extra mogen zijn tijdens de busrit,kort bezoekje aan Sigri was leuk, lekker Grieks gegeten in restaurantje aan het strand
