Ticket holders may be asked to present a valid photo ID. Without it, access to the museum will be refused

We were unable to find the guide at the meeting point. The Louvre is a big place and the only staff were at the entrance, a long way from the meeting point. It was a freezing cold day and we were frozen waiting in the snowy weather. There was a very bad phone signal. I was unable to find a number to call. I found a help messaging service who said they would send us entry tickets, but they repeatedly kept sending their own tour tickets that were not valid for entry to the Louvre. After 40 mins we

My experience wasn't fully satisfied,a start with security umbrella guy as we were waiting under the sun he closed the line and make it longer without any reason. Second download app for English language didnot work. And I have no idea why is that a huge line for Mona Lisa! I wish can add more
