We then had to keep asking staff where we went next. The fish feeding experience is a small tray of food which you tip into a tank. This took all of a few seconds. The penguins were two small viewing windows. Cafe is a counter. No tables/chairs. Overall underwhelming and poor value for money. Been to much better

The glass-bottom boat ride lasts approximately 15–20 minutes. Please book your boat ride in advance at the entrance of the glass bottom boat ride area on level 2 at Underwater Zoo
