After pick-up from Dubai, you'll travel in a Land Cruiser on a dune drive to watch the desert come alive. Watch the protected indigenous wildlife in their natural habitats in the early hours of the morning such as the Desert Gazelle and the Arabian Oryx.

There will then be a short drive to the Al Qudra Lakes which is part of the Al Marmoom Desert Conservation Reserve. Across the series of lakes at Al Qudra, you'll enjoy a breakfast picnic or leisurely ride. There will be Arabic coffee, dates and refreshments for you too on this tour!

Well worth the early morning wake up to see such an amazing sunrise and wild animals in the desert. Guide was an expert at navigating and at times the drive was white knuckle. Sand boarding was a great experience but a strenuous walk back up so only for the fittest. Enjoyable breakfast picnic rounded off a fantastic trip Would definitely recommend!

On a foggy or hazy day the sunrise may not be clear and seeing the Arabian Oryx is not guaranteed (there is a low probability that Arabian Oryx will not be at the feeding stations)
There is a maximum of 5 people per vehicle
Children aged 0-4 years are not permitted on this tour
Dress code: lightweight summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months. Good quality sunglasses and hats are advisable
Please wear sports shoes for safe sandboarding
A vegetarian option is available for the picnic lunch. Please advise at the time of booking if required
Guests visiting the UAE during the summer months (June-September) are advised that peak daytime temperatures sometimes reach 42-45°C and humidity levels can also exceed 90% during this period so we recommend all guests to take adequate precautions
