The whole package offer was amazing and a really enjoyable experience, the spa was tranquil and clean and everyone was so warm and welcoming with a smile. My only negative was that we were unaware that the mud baths were not open as it was still winter season and they don’t open until April but this hasn’t been taken off the package, the staff couldn’t have done more to make up for it but would have been nice to know.

Für den Preis waren wir total zufrieden,wir würden es auch wieder machen! Kleines Missverständnis fab es denn schon,ich wurde nach der Anwendung an Pool gesetzt und meine Kinder oben! So das wir ca 30 min wartend auf den anderen da saßen. Ich bin dann irgendwann nach oben um zu fragen wo meiner Kinder sind und da saßen die auch schon über ne halbe Stunde! Nächstes Mal besser absprechen! Sonst war alles super! Kann man nur weiter empfehlen

T. sehr kalt. Superpreis, bei dem das Spa nichts verdient (?), daher wurden uns Aufpreisige Behandlungen angeboten. Find ich ok, nur war der Ton (ggf wg Fremdsprache?) nicht ok. Wenn ich eine Gesichtsbehhandlung für 120 € ablehne, möchte ich nicht gefragt werden, ob mir mein Ausehen nicht wichtig is
