Inside, you've access to complimentary coffee, tea, water, soft drinks and snacks. What's more, there's unlimited free Wi-Fi and access to TV, magazines, newspapers and even a kids area to keep the little ones entertained – allowing you to relax right up to take off.

The lounge it self is fine BUT Tui did not pass our booking onto the airport, so they were not expecting us for VIP or the lounge. Had to wait 20 minutes for the airport to sort.

So easy to use, I was guided and rushed through check in and customs and within 20 minutes was sat in lounge with a glass of wine and a lovely buffet in front of me. Lounge area was comfortable with plenty of seating

I was not treated how I thought I should of been It says I should of received fast tracking but I was not and when I asked staff they acted like they did not know what I was talking about. Didn't feel it was a special service at all...tbh I want a refund

Total rip off. We were unable to use the lounge as they wouldn't admit us as it was too full. We got sent with vouchers for another eating place at the far end of the terminal. There was confusion about that they were providing to us instead. Our relaxing airport experience was far from it. No WiFi access, no support through the airport and multiple back and forths across the terminal, escalating out autistic daughter.
