A more relaxed way to round off your holiday. Booking the VIP airport service and lounge ensures that you'll be greeted at the airport and then fast-tracked through check-in, hand luggage security and passport control.
Make your wait at the airport more comfortable and convenient. The service includes meet and greet on arrival and access to the terminal through a special entrance with accompaniment to the VIP lounge.
You'll then have use of a dedicated X-ray machine and be fast-tracked through a special passport control cabin. Also included is use of the VIP lounge for up to two hours, with complimentary coffee, tea, water, soft drinks and snacks. And you'll also have free access to TV, Wi-Fi and the press.

cost for two people very expensive. Took a long time to arrive at airport, due to bus transport spending extra time waiting for passengers at other hotels. Difficult to locate Elite Lounge. German TUI rep helped me. Husband has mobility problems. Once registered, fast track service and wheelchair was fine. But by the time we got into lounge having paid for two hours, only had use for half hour. Paying extra for alcoholic drink is not acceptable. Not good value. A refund would be acceptable.

We had to wait 45 minutes at check in due to a technical error which meant we didn’t have time to use the lounge once we had been through security as we had to board. I am awaiting response from TUI regarding this as £300 is an extortionate amount to spend to not be given time to use the facilities due to the checking in error which was out of my control.

Although the service was very good in respect of by passing all the queues you have to endure at Antalya airport I do feel the price is quite steep. The lounge itself was very relaxing and the food we had was nice. For the price paid I feel at least maybe one alcoholic drink could be included.

We took advice received on TUI app to use the VIP lounge as there were going to be delays at the airport due to terminal 1 being out of use for international flights. Entering into the area was cold in atmosphere, only one member of staff had some clue about what was happening. Everyone else seemed bored. Yes, there was plenty of seating in this area but the food was diabolical. We sat looking out of the window at all the food choices below feeling quite resentful. Toilets were disgusting.
