just rubbish . no body was at the airport to meet us we had to take our luggage and que up for passport control and security , then find our own way to the lounge which was not great so overall i would like a refund as i have paid for this but did not get what i paid for , a complete and utter waste of time and money , the same thing happened in egypt no one was there to meet us , MONEY BACK PLEASE

Good selection of drinks and snacks, attentive staff. Pre-flight massage was nice.There is only one toilet for each **********, potentially 30-40 people if the lounge is at full capacity. At least in the men’s, separate the toilet from the urinal, as at present they are housed together in one cubicle.

Love the VIP service and skipping the lines. Coral First Class was lovely and quiet and the food was great. Staff could have been more attentive as there was only us 2 in there for the first hour.
