The audioguide did not work part of the time. The music was louder than the talking. We were not happy about that at all.

La difficoltà è stata quando, all'uscita del parco, dopo aver visitato l'Alhambra, i giardini, Alcazaba e Generalife, siamo dovuti ritornare di nuovo per almeno un chilometro in salita verso gli uffici per riconsegnare l'audioguida. L'audioguida era scarso di notizie.

Il ritiro dei biglietti è gestito in maniera rapida e precisa. Occorre recarsi il giorno stesso con almeno 30 minuti di anticipo, quindi se la prenotazione è dalle ore 9:00, alle 8:30 bisogna già ritirare i biglietti. Purtroppo non si possono prendere il giorno prima e sarebbe un ottimo servizio.
