When we first arrived the cable cars were not running so as we had used the city hop on hop off bus (also booked via TUI) we got back on the bus and then tried again when we got back to the stop. The second time the cable cars were running but there was a long queue . Queue moved quickly, the cars were loaded with just one family which was good. Staff all pleasant and i felt safe. We also paid to see the birds. I would recommend doing this and also seeing the birds. Excellent day.

very disapointed - I fell poorly on the day of excursion and could not attend sadly - TUI would not let me cancel , rrefund or even swap re book the excursion - so we lost out on both excursion and money. So not happy with outcome.

Great trip up the mountain. Not great if you have a pushchair as the paths at the top are narrow, have stairs and are bumpy. Luckily I had checked the actual website and saw that I only needed 2 adult tickets. Children only need tickets if they are over 1 meter tall.
