You will enjoy a pleasant forest walk to the famous Holmenkollen ski jump, the heart of Norwegian skiing. Your guide will show you some beautiful views in a part of Oslo rarely seen by tourists.
Your journey will begin at the tour centre in central Oslo, where you will meet your local guide. Together, you will board the metro to Frognerseteren, where your adventure starts. Even before the hike begins, the breathtaking views from the subway ride up the hill will already make the trip worthwhile—be sure to capture the moments with your camera!
As you hike, you will pass the serene Øvresetertjern Lake, then make your way down to the charming Frognerseteren restaurant. The trail follows part of a 50-kilometre route, including a historic toboggan run from the first Luge World Championship in 1955. You will continue past Midtstubakken and down to the beautiful Holmenkollen Chapel. The grand finale and highlight of this tour will be the majestic Holmenkollen ski jump — one of the most famous sports arenas in the world.
After taking in the awe-inspiring sights, you will stroll back down to the metro station and return to Jernbanetorget, where your adventure began.
