Our driver Kayla was so friendly from the start. She explained how the morning will be. She was very open to answer any questions we had. Mystic mountain was very beautiful. My best part was the cable car- the scenery was wonderful. The staff at Mystic Mountain were friendly, helpful and full of Jamaican smiles.

We travelled wit Tui in 2018 and we enjoyed it so much we wanted to recreate that experience, we far exceeded it, mystic mountain has improved 100%.

The pick up time was wrong by 90 minutes, which left us waiting around. It was advertised as a half day experience, however we didn’t get back to the hotel until 6pm, leaving our friends worried about our safety. We paid extra for the zip lining which was the only positive part of the experience.

On arrival we were told that we could go on cable cars up mountain and could use the pool but we would have to pay 45 us dollars for each of the activities but they could do a deal for 20 us dollars. We thought it was all included. There was no cable cars going down due to cutting of trees and other greenery so had to go in mini bus over very rough track.
