Rafting down the Martha Brae River you'll be transported into a tropical paradise filled with mango trees, mangroves and palms. On this excursion, you'll be guided downriver in a bamboo raft to soak up this exotic landscape, just a short journey away from Montego Bay.

Floating downstream in a one or two-seater raft, your guide will navigate these green waters to take you on a 75-minute journey through lush forest. You'll spot tropical plants and birds singing in the treetops as well as mangroves and palms swaying in the wind.

What's more, you'll learn the stories and legends surrounding this historic route, including local myths about a secret cave. Perfect for nature lovers and those wanting complete peace and tranquillity.

Driver pick up was on time and took me to the Martha Brae River, alongside others. Captain Gayle, number #47 was my Raft Captain. As a Solo Traveller, I was worried I might be turned away but I was welcomed. It's absolutely captivating & relaxing with my rum punch! Amazing time!

An sich eine sehr schöne Floßfahrt, der guide war auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Was allerdings massiv die Tour negativ beeinflusst hat war, dass auf allen Flößen aus den Rucksäcken der Flößer extrem laute Musik (Rap, House, u.ä.) gespielt wurde, zu der diese dann auch noch gesungen haben. Das war, wenn man die Natur in Ruhe genießen wollte, abslut störend und hat das, an sich, schöne Erlebnis leider sehr negativ beeinflußt.

Schön war die Natur und die Ruhe - wenn man welche hatte. Der Captain hat lieber mit seinen Sprachkünsten und nicht vorhandenen Musikkünsten für permanente Beschallung gesorgt. Auch, dass auf der kleinen Route 3x zum Verkauf angehalten wird und zuguter letzt der Captain seine eigenen Werke noch an den Mann bringen möchte.
