I need a refund. The ticket said pick up at 6pm. The bus did not arrive so we paid for our own transport as we had a rest at booking for 7:15pm. Th rep called me at 8:40pm asking where I was as the bus was at the hotel. An absolute farce which resulted in me being out of pocket for €80 paying for transport on top of the £40 I already paid to TUI. Please contact me to arrange a refund.

Service very good, good value. Only downside was a mixup about pickup time as drive didn't speak much English or we didn't understand his Italian. So driver turned up at 10.30pm but your confirmation invoice said 11pm so that's when we turned up at meeting point (4 passenger's).
