Back in the 80s, a ship carrying contraband cigarettes ran aground in this chalk-white cove. What's left is a fantastic photo-op - Zante's best-known beach is one of the most photographed spots in the whole of Greece.After pausing to admire the Blue Caves, there's another swim stop at a secluded beach before heading ashore for some free time in the teeny fishing port of Agios Nikolaos. It's a sleepy kind of place with a couple of tempting beaches and one or two tavernas. You'll have free time here to try some meze, or just simply swim and sunbathe before the return cruise.
