The allure of shimmering blue waters and isolated Ionian islands will be too much to resist on this full day island-hopping tour from Lefkas. You'll set sail on the boat Ionian Star from Nidri to swim in caves, cruise from island to island, explore age-old villages and even have the chance to spot dolphins on route.

From Lefkas we'll venture into the open seas towards the famous Papanikolis sea cave on Meganisi island to take a refreshing dip. Back on board, you'll be able to dry off and bask in the bright rays of sunshine as we continue further around the island to visit the village of Spartohori.

Keep your eyes peeled for dolphins along the way and once your captain stops by a picture postcard beach, you'll be able to swim and sunbathe to your heart's content. There's even a barbecue prepared fresh on the sands to look forward to. We'll round off the trip sailing back to Lefkas via Scorpios and Madouri.

The lunch on the beach was very tasty and the portions were very generous. The captain gave interesting facts during the journey but wasn't constantly talking so that we could just enjoy the experience. Also I liked that there were lots of opportunities to swim. Maybe a few less passengers would have made it more pleasant on board as it was a bit cramped but that of course would mean the price would need to increase so I don't really have any suggestions for improvement.

A great cruise made even more fantastic by the boat driving right in to the cave at the first stop and enabling us to swim round the boat in the cave. Brilliant!
