TUI Yllas reindeer sleigh tour

Very expensive for what you get. Our party was 2 x adults and 1 x 9 year old child. It was a 40 min journey from the hotel. Beautiful drive, scenery is stunning. Facilities were ok. Quite basic. We were made to feel very welcome by the Elf on the bus and the staff at the venue. You feel like you are contributing towards their livelihood and the information is interesting but it lacked something. The 9 year old was not impressed.

We enjoyed the reindeer sleigh ride but it states that it lasted 4 hours but it only lasted 25 minutes on the sleigh itself plus 560 pounds is still too much even if it had lasted 4 hours

Maybe the opportunity to touch and feed the reindeer. Other tour companies offer this.

Awesome experience with knowledgeable staff who are all friendly and accommodating- couldn't recommend this enough! The walk isn't too long but it is long enough to get the experience!

It was a very expensive experience and I’m not sure the costing is justified, but it was a memorable and beautiful experience. The guides were knowledgeable and the feeding of the reindeer was lovely too, but owing to traffic issues, the experience was curtailed. We spent £746 on this 2 hour experience for our family of 5 and the reindeer sleigh itself was around 35 minutes which feels excessive. I have seen locally sourced trips for less through private sellers which is a little frustrating.

There was nothing not to enjoy, the staff , the elves, the reindeer were all magical, super friendly and I was blown away with this trip!
