TUI Luosto reindeer sleigh tour

Overall it was a wonderful experience. It was very pricey though but I guess for the experience of the staff and value of the animals that's fine. I would do again if the ride was a bit longer than it was.

Messaged TUI throughout the night as I wasn’t given a pick up time. Support said booking didn’t exist Walked to hotel where rep was at 7.30am after no sleep to check times- not there til 10 Back to our hotel, intending to return to pick up hotel at 10 to check Guide from Lapland safari’s came to our hotel at 9.15am to say we’d missed bus! Took us to venue. Missed reindeer feeding, which was the highlight, as we’d done the sleigh ride at the taster So for £320 we spent 25 minutes in the sleigh!

The Reindeer farm owner's daughter led the tour and was very knowledgeable and very friendly. We spent time feeding the reindeer, getting very close to them which was great for photos. The Reindeer safari was a guided tour on sledges, two people in each pulled by a single reindeer. We followed a trail through the forest at a sedate pace. It was beautiful and time spent feeding the reindeer was fantastic. I'd recommend this experience as even though it's expensive it's unique and one to remember.

The price was very high for a 25min sleigh ride and feeding some reindeer The positive was that it was a lovely experience riding the reindeers and the length of the ride through the forest was about right - the kids also enjoyed feeding the reindeers

This was a fantastic experience but there were 10 of us the party so it was expensive. The elves and driver did a brilliant job on the way there and we could not have been happier about the reindeer ride and feeding the reindeer. My 5 grandchildren had an unforgettable time. They loved every minute. We had a really good question and answer session in the shamen tent, all the children there were full of questions and the guide answered them brilliantly.
