Copenhagen Card is 100% digital and must be redeemed in the Copenhagen Card App. You can choose between 24, 48, 72, 96, and 120 hours options.

The card was overall useful, and we made our money back on the ROI. Just need to download the app - the clock ticks on the first event you use when you activate it. App could be better - allowing u to check off ur POI, and using GPS to locate the POI. WIsh it included hop on hop off bus

Es fehlten Erklärungen, wie das genau mit der Aktivierung der Karte abläuft und dass man ein App benötigt (jede Person, bspw. bei Familien). Einer von 4 Codes hat bei uns nicht funktioniert, die Touristen Info hat uns aber mit einem Ersatzcode geholfen (da muss man aber erstmal hinkommen). TUI fragte schon wenige Tage nach dem Kauf "wie es war".

A maximum of 2 children's cards (3-11 years) can be booked for each adult card
The Copenhagen Card is digital and can be redeemed in the Copenhagen Card App
To redeem your Copenhagen Cards, you'll need to download the Copenhagen Card App. Instructions will be provided after booking
If you redeem the card in the app at the airport and activate it immediately, you can use it for public transportation from the airport
Receive a 100% refund if you cancel up to 180 days after the purchase date if the card has not been activated
Please note that the card is non-refundable if it has been activated and/or used
Infants (age 0-2) go for free and do not require a ticket
Cards can be redeemed up to 24 months from the date of purchase
