9 hours in a mini bus for less than 2 hours in Tirana day was not as described and a real let down very disappointing

The trip was not advertised properly on the website it stated a 2-2.30 hour journey depending on traffic which was wrong it was over 4hrs, only got 1hr 50 in Tirana which was enough for a quick bite to eat and souvenir shopping, followed by the bus that struggled to get up hills which the air conditioning would switch off, this was in 40 degrees that day , not any value for money what we paid, we would like some form of refund as this isn’t acceptable

Guide turned up over 10 mins early at hotel and we rushed out, leaving half our breakfast. We then stopped because we were 10 mins early! It was a very hot day and bus air conditioning broke every time we went uphill. We were told it was 3 hours to Tirana, but it was 4 hours each way.

In Tirana een enthousiaste gids, die ook wel de nodige onzin verhalen uitkraamde, daarmee zijn hele geloofwaardigheid onderuit halend. Anderhalf of twee uur "vrij" in Tirana, daarna weer 3 a 4 uur in de bus. Viel dus wat tegen.
