Cancellations/refunds may be requested on unused tickets up to 365 days after the date of purchase
Some attractions require you to pass through security checkpoints
Adults should have ID available, as attractions may ask for it
You can visit the attractions in any order you like
The first day of use for your tickets must occur within 365 days of the date of purchase
Your CityPASS tickets are valid for nine consecutive days, including the first day of use

The New York pass was excellent, easy to use saving time and very helpful to the staff at the five places I visited. I enjoyed the Empire State Building the views were amazing. I would recommend the pass to anyone visiting New York.
