Accessibility:

This bus is wheelchair accessible, with ramps enabling access to all vehicles within the fleet. There is space for one wheelchair per bus (unless the second customer is able to transfer to a fixed seat, in which case a second wheelchair can be accommodated in a fixed position)
There are some restrictions in place due to weight and stability, and advise that mobility scooters or larger wheelchairs cannot be accommodated. The maximum weight allowed on the ramp is 300kg, which is the weight of the wheelchair when occupied
The wheelchair also cannot exceed the width of the designated wheelchair seating area. To avoid any disappointment on your day of travel, please contact the local provider to confirm in advance whether your wheelchair can be accommodated on board

Not allowed:

You are not allowed to carry or consume alcohol on the bus

Know in advance:

Children aged 3 and under can travel on the bus for free
Please note this is a non-stop panoramic tour and not a hop-on hop-off
Occasionally, severe weather and special event days could affect the service
Water and other soft drinks are allowed on the bus
Audio guide provided in English, Italian, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese and Chinese
The tour departs at the London Eye (Stop 12) at 19:30. The full tour circuit is 2 hours. Please note that the Evening Tour is not a hop-on, hop-off tour. Your Evening Tour ticket must be redeemed within the period of validity of your ticket – it cannot be used after your ticket has expired

The tour departs from Big Bus Stop #12 - London Eye Westminster Bridge Road bus stop, next to the Lion Statue, outside the London Marriott County Hall, at 19:30. Please arrive 15 minutes in advance of the departure time to exchange your voucher and secure your seat. Look for a team member with a Big Bus logo.

En soit l'attraction est intéressante pour situer les grands monuments à faire. L'organisation n'est pas optimum car il a fallu patienter pour remplir le bus malgre l'horaire qui est donné Le tour est long.Au final ,intéressant, mais avec un guide et non un audio et une meilleure organisation

excellent c'était vraiment chouette et le prix intéressant par rapport aux autres
