You can provide this data through the web or once you make the payment for your visit, you will receive an email to identify your companions. Failure to identify visitors on time will result in the loss of their tickets
Access to the venue will be through the scanning of the DNI or Passport of all the visitors. For this reason, the DNI or passport must be the ORIGINAL and the SAME that they provided when making the reservation
Tickets are nominative. Alhambra staff will verify this information. If it is not the same, the Alhambra staff will not allow you access to the monument. Special Plans is not responsible for the data entered or not carrying the original documentation. Special Plans will not be able to do anything in this regard since it is the regulation of the Board of Trustees of the Alhambra and the Generalife
Once issued for practical purposes, the tickets are spent, according to the current Regulations of the Board of Trustees of the Alhambra and the Generalife, according to which the tickets cannot be canceled, refunded or modified in any way
It is non-refundable if you do not show up for the visit, arrive late or do not bring the original passport or DNI with which the reservation was made
The tour is not fully adapted for people with mobility restrictions, so it may not be particularly suitable for people with mobility problems
