The Madeira Atlantic Festival celebrates the beginning of summer with four Saturdays of fireworks and music displays. You'll be transferred over to Funchal to enjoy an evening watching the colourful shows of lights and sound over the pier outside Pontinha.
The festival will take place every Saturday in June and promises a feast for the senses. You'll have transport taken care of, so you can relax and watch a line-up of explosive performances that artfully combine the drama of fireworks with the rhythm of music for a duration of approximately 20 minutes each.
Participants putting on the shows are all competing for a trophy that's awarded through a public vote, so be sure to note down your favourite. Once it's a wrap, your transfer back to Caniço, Santa Cruz and Machico will be waiting for you.
