The location was really easy to find to meet the guide and it was clear who he was also. The tour was located primarily around the palace. He gave us historical info and modern info, as well as recommendations for places to eat and drink. He was enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. I love history so this tour was ideal for me. Both my husband and I have watched Game of Thrones and there were elements of this woven into the tour. The tour is ideal as a small group due to locations covered.

Mijo was absolutely brilliant. So knowledgeable about Split, its history, culture, area. Every question we had was answered fully. We saw parts of Split which I’m sure we would have missed, had it not been for Mijo’s expertise.

Our guide Mijo is very pleasant, informative and has a sense of humour. We visited the old part of Split which has many historical facts. A scene of Games of Thrones was filmed there. The old city is an UNESCO protected site, one of a kind in my view. We had lovely recommendations for dining.
