Segelbåtstur i Saonas blå lagun med VIP Beach Club

Fue una incomoda experiencia, nos recogieron y tardamos al rededor de tres horas pasando por las personas en sus hoteles, cuando al comprar el tour, nos hablaron que seriamos un grupo pequeño, ocn una atención mas cercana, y el regreso fue igual de largo, mientras que la estadia en las playas fue corto y de afan, poco se pudo disfrutar de las playas, y nos tardamos mas en el viaje y llevando a las personas a su hotel.

The island itself was good but much time in small bus from hotel to hotel then in a big bus then a small boat to get to the big boat. Too much time trying to sell us souveniers etc. Not enough time to enjoy the island. Very bad experience with TUI. My daughter got sick the night before, too unwell to travel. So just my wife and son went on the trip. I provided the receipt for the medicine purchased after a consultation with the pharmacist, but no refund or discount provided for another trip.

Food could be better considering the amount that was paid. More options and help yourself would be better. By the time we got to the sides there was no potatoes left and also only couple of other bits left. The drinks could be better organised with maybe bottle each or cans rather than small cups of soft drinks.

El servicio fue pésimo. Nos indicaron que en catamarán tendría música y barra libre variable, pero fue mentira cuando nos tocó ir en el catamarán. Era muy pequeño y no hubo música ni she como nos indicaron cuando nos ofrecieron el tour. Nos sentimos estafados al pagar tanto por un tour que no era lo que habían ofrecido

2 hours faffing on a bus to start. No boats available to take us to the catamaran. Got on their late. Our order of things happening kept changing. Catamaran over loaded with people. Felt was being pushed to spend money everywhere. There was a woman on board who kept exposing herself. Soana island has been spoilt too many boats moring and diesel fumes were bad. Our beach at hotel is better, trip home on so called speed boat, staff all slept we were on 3 different boats and no toilet facilities

I paid for a supposedly a more smaller group experience and the guide kept on bringing more people in turning the boat experience into a huge party boat. The wait time to disembark the boat into a smaller boat to get us closer to the island it was too long. There was no instructions in between activities and communication was very minimal.
