It would be better if it starts earlier, but we enjoyed it very much. We appreciated the small attentiveness as bottle of water at Chichen Itza and the cold towel after that.

The travelling time from pick up to arriving at chichinitza was 4 hours, 1 hour longer than told it would be. To spend 45 minutes inside the chichiniza ground with the guide i think it is too much travelling. The cenote was ok and the restaurant visit just ok but a bit rushed and herded like cattle

Guide Netflix was great….a little rushed but necessary!!! My only issue was that everything spoke by the guide was in English and Spanish…necessary given the group but difficult to follow!!! Netflix was a great guide though!!!!

guide et chauffeur ont été très sympas , petit dej ,boisson ... juste déçu ,pour avoir déjà fait cette excursion il y a quelques années , de ne pas avoir beaucoup de temps libre a Valladolid .nous avons mangé dans un très beau restaurant mais le temps de finir le repas et d'aller au bus ,nous n avons pas pu faire de visite ,commerce ...etc . chichen itza ,visite bâclée a mon gout par le guide ,ambiance oppressante par les multiples vendeurs qui détériorent la visite et l intérêt de ce site .

Wij hadden een Engels talige excursie geboekt tot onze verbazing werd er alleen Spaans gesproken door de gids in de bus zodat wij er niets van verstonden. Wij zeiden vroegen aan hem of hij het ook in het Engels wilde vertellen, het antwoord van Armando was dat het een Spaanse excursie was dus sorry en deed het dus niet.Soms wisten we niet eens wat we gingen doen en liepen maar achter hem aan. Wij hebben voor deze excursie 300 euro betaald, wij zijn boos hierover,geen aanrader voor engelstaligen
