Levada do Alecrim and Lagoa do Vento self-guided experience

Know in advance:

• This is not a guided tour. The walk is self-guided, with guidance provided at the start by a local host.
• The transfer drops off and picks up at the entrance of Levada do Alecrim
• Flexible return time is subject to availability
• At the starting point, a local host will provide guidance and trail options. You can choose your own pace and explore different paths, such as Lagoa do Vento or Risco, returning via Casa de Abrigo if desired
• Children should be supervised at all times
• Some parts of the trail may have an entrance fee, which is not included. However, your guide will provide you with details

Accessibility:

• The experience includes uneven, narrow, and sometimes steep paths
• Not wheelchair accessible

Not Allowed:

• Children below 12 years or under 1,35m

Remember to bring:

• Comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing are recommended
• Bring water and snacks for the hike
