Discover the most famous islands of the Venice Lagoon with this full-day boat tour. Travel with your hostess aboard a stunning panoramic boat and admire the islands of Murano, Burano, and Torcello.

Start your day by boarding a comfortable panoramic boat departing from Saint Mark area. During the journey, learn more about the islands from the welcoming staff. Admire the attractions of this ancient city for approximately 30 minutes of navigation before reaching your first destination, Murano. Witness a glassblowing demonstration with a master glassmaker and listen to explanations about the history of this craft. In Murano, you will also have free time to explore the place on your own.

Depart from Murano and travel to the nearby island of Burano. Admire the colorful houses and observe the lace makers at work. Stop for a meal in Burano and try some of the island’s typical biscuits. Admire the art od lace.

Reach your final stop, Torcello. Enjoy a 1-hour visit to the island and discover historical landmarks such as the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta, the Throne of Attila, the Devil’s Bridge, and the Bell Tower.

Conclude your adventure with a 1-hour return journey to Venice, immersing yourself in the unique atmosphere of the Venetian Lagoon.

Murano die Show hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Schade das man nur so kurz dort ist und entweder die Show mit einkauf machen kann wie wir, und dann von murano nichts mehr sehen kann auf Grund der kurzen Zeit. Burano war schön und ausreichend Zeit. Torcello sind wir nur am Anleger geblieben da uns der Weg in der Kürze der Zeit zu weit weg bis zur basilica war.

Tour was heavily oversubscribed. Standing room only, viewing from the wrong side of the demonstaration, which only lasted 10 mins, then herded into the factory shop to but items that can be bought in Venice. Burano was very pretty but only a short time there for a hurried bite to eat before back on the boat to Torcello. A long walk in with not enough time to look around the church (the only attraction). I would recommend making your own way by water bus to Burano and enjoy the location.

Besonders gut hat uns die Insel Burano, mit den wundenschönen farbenfrohen Häusern, gefallen. Es gibt viele schöne Plätze zum verweilen. Auch der Besuch von der kleinen InselTorcello ist sehenswert wegen der Basilika mit den beeindruckenden Mosaiken. Der Aufenthalt in Murano bestand aus einer kurzen Vorführung in einer Glasbläserei. Die Glasausstellung sollte man sich ansehen, aber nichts kaufen, denn die Preise sind überteuert. Die Organisation der Tour und der Guide waren ausgezeichnet.

Tolle Reise. Sowohl die Glasbläserei in Murano als auch das kleine Dorf Burano sehr schön. Ein entspannter, interessanter Tripp. Lohnt sich! Allerdings ist der Abfahrtsort etwas schlecht beschrieben. Einfach mal im Hotel nachfragen.
