The ride is not private. Each gondola can accommodate a maximum of 5 people
The seat aboard will be assigned by the gondolier depending on the guests' weight
The itinerary could be changed or postponed in case of wind or bad weather. If you can't join the ride for these reasons, you will receive a full refund
The live commentary is in English, French, Spanish and Italian
The commentary by mobile app (to download on a mobile device) is in German, Japanese, Russian, Chinese and Hindi
This app won’t use up any data connection as it runs on GPS only. You will receive the app and the QR code at the moment of reservation. Follow the instructions to download the app and log in to download at the meeting point with the staff

Brilliant experience. Would certainly pay more if had more time on the gondola. 1/2 hour went really quickly.

We enjoyed the ride. The only thing is the location is difficult to find with Google maps. Once you get to the location, you will have another 15 minute walking tour to get to their location on the canal, just FYI.
