Crociera di mezza giornata a Pserimos e alla Laguna Blu

Wir buchten über die TUI-App eine halbtägige Bootsfahrt nach Pserimos. Trotz pünktlicher Ankunft am angegebenen Treffpunkt erschien weder ein Ansprechpartner noch das Boot. Die Hotline teilte mit, das Boot sei bereits abgelegt – für uns nicht nachvollziehbar. Dadurch verloren wir wertvolle Urlaubszeit und hatten zusätzliche Kosten für den Mietwagen. Besonders enttäuschend war dies für unsere Kinder. Um den Tag dennoch zu retten, buchten wir spontan eine Bootstour bei einem lokalen Anbieter

The trip was good and staff friendly. I had to pay full price for my teenagers but they got given half a meal which was very unfair

We didn't even manage to find the boat. The meeting point was in front of the i love kos sign, which was by about 7 private boats. no tui rep there, no signs to indicate what boat it was, no signs on any boats to say it was the half day cruise, had to call customer services and by the time she came back to us with what boat it was it'd left the harbour. Very messy and unclear and no information on the voucher of what boat to get. waste of time and money

The only thing that was bothering me so good was the instructions on where to meet. We only knew we had to be at the port at a certain time. We did not know what type or name of the boat we were going on, picture of trip did not show a Pirate ship. Other than that, the trip was great, longer times at the stops would only make it better. Es war sehr schön, dass man dort entspannt baden konnte und genug Zeit hatte. Auch das Essen und der Ausflug insgesamt waren gut zeitlich abgestimmt.
