Ferry a Fuerteventura con traslado incluido

Lack of information from the person from ferry service to abrupt rep just bear minimum lacking in info

Not happy about the detials given.. We missed the transfer going because it was not clear where the bus stopped. We walked to a different bus stop. The transfer We found out on way back was a long walk from our hotel. I did put our hotel in the booking.. Apart from that the ferry was ok & nice visit to Fuerventura, transfer back was ok...

Ferry trip, island hop, beaches better than Lanzarote.

This was not an "experience". It was a taxi across the water. We walked further to the hotel than we drove to the ferry but seems to have costed 14 euro more per person compared with the other "experience" (without transfer). There was no communication from the rep whatsoever no knowledge of the "experience". Poor from start to finish. We were the last to be picked up and the last to be dropped off. Had we have known we would have walked the 7 mins to the hotel but no communication and rep left

Coach was on time,both Tui rep and driver were very nice and made us feel comfortable.
