Delphin-Silberschwimmen im Dolphin Discovery

De organisatie was heel slecht. We kwamen met de bus aan en er werd niet meer uitleg geven. Zodra we op het eiland waren aangekomen ontbrak de nodig uitleg weer. Dan werd ons verteld dat we de boot vroeger terug moesten nemen. Dat deden we dan weer ook. Maar bij aankomst was de bus er niet. Begrijp me niet verkeerd het was een ervaring. Maar de slechte organisatie irriteerde me mateloos.

Amazing experience, plenty of time with the Dolphins doing various different activities. Staff were brilliant, a must do experience! Free time in the Dolphin park is by the pools and buffet lunch, not the whole island as not enough time. Make sure to take ID for lockers. Ferry was very good with telling us the timings for return journey. We opted to have the picture package which was definitely worth the money! Although the manatee pictures are not included, they are extra.

Excursion was falsely advertised as 2-4hrs. It actually lasted 15hrs, so be aware. Day was: up at 5am, pick up at 6am followed by a 2hr 30 drive, 1hr ferry, 3hr experience and lunch, 4hr 30 waiting around, 1hr ferry, 2hr drive returned at 9pm! No information regarding this was provided from Tui so prepare for a very long day. You'd be better off talking directly with the rep at the resort as they'd be more helpful.

Bonjour, aucun guide sur place, personne qui parlait français, personne pour nous aider au ferry, pas pris du coup le bon ferry, rater le dîner sur le bateau, arrivé là-bas pas de guise en français pour nager avec les dauphins, déception su début à la fin

The actual tour was really good. However transportation back to the hotel was chaotic and we had to wait a long time and very little information as to where we needed to go. This took the shine off the tour a bit for me.
