The experience was great and it started snowing as we got to the 86th floor so it was absolutely magical! I wouldn't say there is anything to improve on this excursion, I would just advise adding into the ticket how early to arrive at the building before the excursion time as it didn't specify.

Definitely worth paying for the skip the line service It allowed us to walk straight right through to the observation deck and saved 2 hours in line

We were very lucky the Weather was clear, it can be disappointing if cloud cover spoils the view, but when at the 86th Floor it is a breathtaking view of the City.
