The tour runs rain or shine, so guests should dress appropriately
A mandatory airport grade security screening is conducted prior to boarding the ferry. This means no open containers, alcohol, weapons, large bags, luggage or scooters are allowed.
Minors (17 or under) must be accompanied by an adult (25+)
This tour operates in all weather conditions, so please dress accordingly
This tour does not include access to the pedestal or crown of the Statue of Liberty
Due to construction, priority boarding may be temporarily suspended

Meeting point:

24 State Street is also known as One Battery Park Plaza. The tour guide wearing a yellow uniform will meet you on the plaza outside Starbucks. Do not enter Battery Park. Do not go to the Statue of Liberty ticket booth as they will not have your tickets.

Nina our guide was very good and made sure we were able to get the best out of the visit she got us to the front of the line for admission to the ferry and provided excellent information about the day

The tour guide was excellent. Explained the history of the place with gusto and helped make the information being imparted more memorable. The only improvement would have been an added option to go inside the Statue of Liberty. An amazing place.
