A more relaxed way to round off your holiday. Booking the VIP airport service and lounge ensures that you'll be greeted at the airport and then fast-tracked through check-in, hand luggage security and passport control.

Make your wait at the airport more comfortable and convenient. The service includes meet and greet on arrival and access to the terminal through a special entrance with accompaniment to the VIP lounge.

You'll then have use of a dedicated X-ray machine and be fast-tracked through a special passport control cabin. Also included is use of the VIP lounge for up to two hours, with complimentary coffee, tea, water, soft drinks and snacks. And you'll also have free access to TV, Wi-Fi and the press.

A brilliant service, we were travelling in a group of 5 Adults and my 2 yr old Granddaughter, I didn’t want the hassle of long queues for security after my last experience of Antalya airport. We were greeted at the entrance to the terminal and guided through the airport check in and security checkpoints by our own assistant by passing the long queues. We were taken all the way to the Elite lounge which was very nice. I would definitely recommend this service.

I was unable to use this service because TUI hadn’t made the booking with Elite. I turned up the kiosk outside the airport and Elite had no booking in my name and were unable to do anything for me even though I shown them my booking coupon and receipt. I had to jog through security and join the checkin queue and get my tickets. So this poor experience spoiled the end to my holiday. I have made contact and still waiting for a refund.

Das Problem ist der Check-In. Die Mitarbeiter sind so gar nicht eingespielt; es herrscht Chaos. Viel Lärm, weil die Mitarbeiter quer durch die Gegend brüllen und wir dürfen warten, bis wir unseren Namen hören. Zuerst sitzen und warten und nach der Gepäckaufgabe 10 min herumstehen und dann weiter zur Lounge... Naja.

Ich wahr entspannt von a bis z , und für mein Sohn perfekt. Habe es weiterempfohlen und würde es jedes mal nochmals machen . Vielen Lieben Dank

TUI müsste in der Lage sein für seine Gäste, zumal im Robinson, das Boarding preiswerter zu gestalten! 120 & pro Erwachsenen, d.h. 240 € fpr mich und meinen 16-jährigen Enkel ist zuviel!!! Ed muss doch möglich sein mit der Leitung des Flughafens ( FRAPORT) etwas günstigeres zu gestalten!!
