Peaceful Ko Yao Noi is the star of the show on this full-day cycling tour. You'll hop on board a speedboat to take you across, and once you've donned your helmet, freewheel through plantations, rice paddies and mangrove forests. Then, you'll stop by a quiet beach for lunch and swimming time, before rounding the day off pedalling back along the east coast to take in impressive views of Phang Nga Bay.

The tour and the guide were both brilliant however the bikes and helmets provided were an absolute disgrace and not fit for purpose, had we known how bad the bikes were going to be we would not have booked the excursion, everyone on the excursion complained about the state of the bikes even though we all had a good day
