I queried this with the rep who knew nothing about the experience and told us to cancel as it wouldn’t be going ahead. I told her that it was confirmed. She then phoned through and got a company name that I walked to as nobody from TUI contacted me. I kept getting promises over text hours later, but nothing back. I ended up doing this independently which turned out to be a different company.
