Unfriendly staff in the booking hut. Rude and disrespectful. The guides who took us out were great though. Too many people on the boat . Instructions lacking and not helpful to have a change of meeting point a few days before.

Initially some confusion over the time, we booked for 4pm but was told by stasis that the TUI rep had been informed that it had been changed to 5pm. We had not been told, however, staff accommodated our 4pm slot. Excellent service, great experience. Highly recommended
