Add an extra edge of fun to exploring the lunar-like landscapes of Lanzarote's remote north. This exciting off-road adventure sees you driving your own dirt buggy over volcanoes, vast plains and through villages like Guatiza and Mala. Choose between a two or three-hour tour.

With a long list of sights to tick off, you'll get this buggy tour off to a flying start as you drive alongside the open cacti fields of Guatiza towards Los Cocoteros – a great viewpoint over the sea. Next, you'll search for cacti plants to learn about the cochineal insect and its uses – you'll be surprised.

Then, head up along the winding road to the pretty village of Mala by the coast to check out the huge dam built there in 1975. On our way back to Teguise via Guatiza, there'll be a chance to really see what your dirt buggy can do as we speed back to base...

The whole experience was amazing and the views were gorgeous.

A reasonable 2 hour buggy afternoon, hotel pick up good in nice air conditioned minibus. Safety briefing was poor only a 5 min video. We were ok being experienced UK drivers used to lhd. Buggy condition ok as expected. Probably 20% is road based to and from various off road areas and hills. One stop for 5-10 mins half way top of mountain with nice sea views. Speed dictated by guide at front at edge of what's safe. Exilerating but too fast for some in group. Less is more.

Die Buggytour erfolgt selbst bei Regen. Die Einweisung war super entspannt und auch die Tour hat unfassbar viel Spaß gemacht.

Het zou fijn zijn als er ook een sjaal of iets dergelijks zou zijn om je neus en mond te beschermen tegen het stof en een flesje water mee geven om tijdens de pauzes te kunnen nuttigen, dit hebben we in een eerdere buggytour ergens anders als heel fijn ervaren en daar was het ook zeer stoffig. Wellicht een tip om door te geven! Voor de rest was het een leuke tour en ervaring weer. En een leuke gids.
