Es wäre besser, im Vorfeld zu kommunizieren, dass man sich eine App runterladen muss, das würde Wartezeiten vor Ort verkürzen. Mit der App fallen dann keine weitere Kosten an. Möchte man aber den gebuchten Audioguide fallen neben der Kaution noch 5€ weitere Kosten/ Person an. Ich mag es nicht, wenn man vor Ort mit solchen Sachen noch kofrontiert wird.

Leider fühlte ich mich nach dem Besuch schlecht beraten da die Nasridenpaläste - weshalb ich nach Andalusien reiste! - nicht im Eintritt enthalten waren! Warum nicht? Ich wollte die gesamte Alhambra sehen und ging leider davon aus von Profis beraten worden zu sein. Zudem konnte man die Besichtigung auch nicht mehr hinzu buchen!! Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und würde für die Buchung in diesem Reisebüro auch keine Servicepauschale mehr bezahlen wollen!

Ticketübergabe lief am Ende problemlos. Allerdings ist die APP, insbesondere die Lösung der jeweils gewählten Sprache, verbesserungsbedürftig. Der Audioguide funktionierte sehr gut, aber die jeweiligen Spots sind auf der Karte nicht markiert. Meinen frühen Slot um 09.00 habe ich nicht bereut, denn ab Mittags wurde es schon arg voll.

Ich habe 30 Euro für ein Ticket bezahlt, das ich auf einer anderen Seite auch für 17 bekommen hätte.

For safety and requirement of the Patronage of the Alhambra, you'll be asked to write the full name, ID or passport number, age and nationality of all participants (including minors) when you confirm your booking
